Jacob Braxton
My name is Jacob Braxton and I was in foster care for 8 years. I’m an aspiring fashion designer/artist that has a huge passion for clothes, art and fashion. I went through a few different parts of the foster care system, from being placed in a home to living in kinship care, even experiencing group homes. I wish to share my story to a wider audience raise awareness about how youth really feel being placed in home away from their own. And to help youth know their voice matters and show the world that you can make a negative experience in your life turn into something positive that can have a lasting impact.
